Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there was free fight between the parties and both the parties sustained injuries. Case and counter case are pending by and between the parties.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. I have considered the material on record. Case and counter case are pending between the parties. Members of both the groups sustained injuries.

Petitioners undertake to cooperate in investigation.

Considering the material on record, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly in the event of arrest, the petitioners namely Monsur Ali Mallick, Sajid Mallick and Faiyez Mallick @ Selim Mallick be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS. The

petitioners shall appear before the learned jurisdictional Court and pray for regular bail within two weeks from date. The application for anticipatory bail is disposed of. Case Diary be returned.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
