The allegations of the petitioner against the private respondents are to the extent that the petitioner is attempted to be dispossessed from his land and is not allowed to use the submersible pump for cultivation.

Learned advocate for the private respondents disputes such contentions and submits that the accusations made in the writ petition are frivolous and vexatious.

I have considered the report also submitted by the State and I find that the police authorities on

25.05.2025 have drawn up proceedings under Section 126 of the BNSS.

Having regard to the same, I direct the police authorities to continue their surveillance and ensure that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility and/or any untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 13108 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
