It appears from the report that date for consideration of charge has been fixed on 11th February, 2025.

The learned trial Court is directed to take the proceedings to its logical conclusion as expeditiously as the business of the court would permit, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law.
