1. This matter was kept pending in view of the pendency of the Special Leave Petition.

2. It has been submitted on behalf of the alleged contemnors that the Special Leave Petition being Petition for Special Leave to Appeal (C) No(s). 19043-19044/2024 was dismissed on 20th August, 2024. Consequent whereupon, the direction in Paragraph 14 of the order dated 21st February, 2024 was complied with and the contemnors have continued to pay MMCC till the respondent no.1 has completed 60 years of age. It is submitted that she attained the age of 60 years on 27th May, 2024.

3. In view of compliance of our order, this contempt application is disposed of.

4. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

5. The reason for not extending the benefit of MMCC beyond 27th May, 2024 shall be communicated to the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner.

6. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
