None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. No accommodation has been sought for either. This is a writ petition of the year 2007 praying for a mandamus commanding the respondents to cancel the tender, which was the subject matter of the writ petition. The interim order was also prayed for. It appears from the record that the interim order was passed on May 22, 2007, which was extended from time to time and continued till September 28, 2007. It does not appear from the record that the interim order was extended any further.

Due to passage of time, this writ petition has become infructuous and the same stands dismissed as such.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
