Mr. Uttam Kumar Roy ... ... for the petitioners Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there is a typographical error in the order dated 4th September, 2025 and he prays for correction of the same.

On perusal of the order dated 4th September, 2025 it is revealed that in the cause title instead of "Basanti Sigh Sardar." it should be read as "Basanti Sing Sardar & Ors."

The other portion of the order dated 4th September, 2025 shall remain the same.
