On hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the civil revision is disposed of with the direction that the trial Court being the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division ), 6th Court, Alipore, South 24-Parganas shall make all endeavour to dispose of the Title Suit No. 15507 of 2013 which is pending for last 12

years expeditiously, preferably within a period of 6 months from the date of this order.

CO 1844 of 2024 stands disposed of.
