1. The prayer sought for in the writ petition is to appoint an administrator for an institution, which is not a Government institution nor Government funded institution and will not fall within the ambit of Article 12 of the Constitution of India.

2. Therefore, we find no ground to entertain the prayer sought for in the writ petition.

3. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed.
