1. After some argument, learned advocate, appearing for the petitioner, prays for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bishnupur, Bankura, to dispose of the Misc. Appeal No.01 of 2024 expeditiously.

2. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to pass any direction to serve notice upon the opposite parties. However, learned advocate on record for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward copies of this revisional application upon the opposite parties or upon the learned advocate representing the opposite parties before the learned trial Judge.

3. From the order sheets appended to this revisional application, this Court finds that 9th July, 2025 has been fixed for filing of the written objection by the defendants and for awaiting reports. In the light of the submission made by learned advocate for the petitioner and considering the fact that the instant appeal arises out of an order of demolition passed by a municipality under the provisions of West Bengal Municipal Act, 1993, CO 2062 of 2025 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bishnupur, District-Bankura, to make an endeavour to see that the Misc. Appeal No.01 of 2024 is disposed of as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

4. Parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

5. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on compliance of necessary formalities.
