Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since last two years. He submits that there are two children of the petitioner. Charges were framed and the case is posted for trial. Further detention of the petitioner is not necessary. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that commercial quantity of narcotic substance was seized from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that commercial quantity of narcotic substance was seized from the possession of the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
