Let the report of inspection be forwarded to the petitioners. A hearing be conducted by the competent officer of the Howrah Municipal Corporation and the proceeding be concluded at the earliest.

As fresh inspection has already been conducted and the matter is to be decided after hearing, accordingly the order impugned dated April 29, 2021 in the present writ petition is set aside and quashed. The entire exercise shall be concluded at the earliest, but positively within a period of ten weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order. The writ petition stands disposed of.
