Molla ... for the Petitioner(s) Mr. Ranjit Rajak ... for the State-respondent(s) Re The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that inspite of the directions passed by the learned civil court in TS 166 of 2021, the same were being violated by the private respondents and, to that effect, assistance of the police authorities were sought for which were not responded to.

State has submitted a report which reflects that there was a valid status quo order till 02.05.2024, thereafter, no orders were furnished before the concerned police station and, till 02.05.2024 none of the orders of the learned civil court were defied.

It was also at the relevant point of time on or about 14.05.2024, the police authorities drew up a proceeding under Section 107 of the Cr.P.C. against the respondent nos. 7 and 8.

However, so far as the issue relating to violation of the injunction order is concerned, if the said injunction order is still subsisting, the petitioner would approach the police authorities with a fresh representation enclosing the ordersheets of the learned civil court. The police authorities would ensure that if there is direction upon them by the learned civil court, they would respect, obey and implement such order.

In case, the police authorities face any resistance for implementation of such order, a report must be submitted before the learned civil court in seisin of TS 166 of 2021.

With the aforesaid observations,

WPA 14312 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the petitioner.
