Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Materials on record show that the petitioner had taken advantage of his close relationship with the de-facto complainant and shared her objectionable pictures and videos with others. In view of the nature of the offence causing serious stigma and trauma to the victim and the prima facie materials implicating the petitioner, we are of the opinion, custodial interrogation is necessary and this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
