A report in the form of an affidavit filed by the respondent no.10 is taken on record.

It is submitted by the parties that the petitioner is being able to ply his vehicle (auto rickshaw) on the permitted route without any hindrance as at present. In such view of the matter, there is no immediate cause of action for the present writ petition. WPA 12990 of 2025 is disposed of with the expectation that the respondents shall ensure that vehicles having valid permits are able to ply on the permitted routes without any hindrance, in accordance with law.
