The order proposed to be passed in the present application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India would not cause any prejudice to the opposite party, as such, service of notice of the present application upon the said opposite party is dispensed with. The plaintiff in a suit for declaration and injunction being Title Suit No. 60 of 2019 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Bidhannagar, District - 24 Parganas (North) is the petitioner of the present application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. The petitioner is complaining inordinate delay in disposal of an application for injunction filed by her in the said suit.

In view of the nature of the application, it is required to be disposed of expeditiously. The learned Trial Judge therefore is requested to dispose of the said application expeditiously preferably within a period of three effective available working months of the said Court and in doing so, shall not grant any adjournment to either of the parties. C.O. 1771 of 2022 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.
