Learned advocate for the State is present and opposes further extension. However, having considered the petitioner is on interim bail, I am inclined to confirm the said bail subject to the similar terms and conditions as was imposed in the order dated 07.08.2025.

Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 715 of 2025 is allowed. Report submitted be kept with the record.
