Mr. Mondal submits that he has filed a fresh Vakalatnama in the department to represent the petitioner. He further submits, upon instruction, that the petitioner does not want to proceed anymore with the present revisional application being CRR 2169 of 2011. Let the written instruction, as produced, be kept on record.

In view thereof, the revisional application being CRR 2169 of 2011 is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. A copy of this order be communicated to the department for due compliance.
