The instant criminal revisional application Has been filed against an order dated 06.05.2011 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Uluberia, rejecting the application filed by the applicant herein praying for vacating the Ex partee order passed by the said ld. Court on 18.04.2009 in respect of the Misc. Case No. 152 of 2007 filed by the respondent.
Perused the petition as well as the impugned order therefrom it appears that the interference of this Court with regard to the order whereby the petitioner was directed to pay a sum of Rs. 1000/- towards maintenance of the wife has been appropriate. This court does not find any infirmity or impropriety in the impugned order.
The instant criminal revisional application and connected application are dismissed.
Interim order if any stands vacated.
Copy of the order be sent to the Department as well as learned Trial Court for due compliance.
