1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits as follows. The petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to political rivalry. There are case and counter case. In respect of the case started from the petitioners'

side, the accused obtained anticipatory bail.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State relies on the statements of the injured and the eye-witnesses as also on the injury report of the main victim. She submits that there was a deep cut injury on the head and six stitches had to be given.

3. Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary and the fact that investigation is going on, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
