It is submitted by the Counsel for the parties that the order dated 6th December, 2021 has been carried out by Inspector-in-charge, Baguihati Police Station.

The report dated 14th December, 2021 filed by Inspector-in-charge, Baguihati Police Station is taken on record.

It is submitted that the private respondents have not taken out their belongings till now.

The said private respondents shall be entitled to take out such belongings, with prior notice and only in presence of a representative from Baguihati Police Station.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Counsel for the petitioner is directed to communicate a copy of this order on the private respondents.
