1. Petitioner is unable to come out from jail as he could not arrange local surety.

2. Under such circumstances, we are inclined to modify the bail in the following manner.

3. We direct petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- with two registered sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, South 24 Parganas.

4. Other conditions of bail shall remain the same.

5. C.R.A.N. 1 of 2024 is disposed of.
