CAN 3 of 2025 is an application made for modification of the order dated 8th August, 2025. The appellant seeks liberty to challenge the legality of the Government Guidelines concerned, inter alia, dated 2nd July, 2010.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, leave is reserved to the appellant/petitioner to challenge the Government Guidelines in an independent proceeding.

With the aforesaid observations, CAN 3 of 2025 shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
