The report filed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Barasat, North 24 Parganas dated 06.04.2024 through the District Judge, North 24 Parganas stated that the G.R. Case No. 2560 of 2011 arising out of Baguiati P.S. Case No. 316 of 2011 has been disposed of acquitting the aforesaid accused persons under Section 248(1) on 11.02.2012. Let the same be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly disposed of.
