Heard the learned Counsel for both the parties. 2.

The report as filed on behalf of the State be taken on record. 3.

There might have been some delay in framing of charge as found from the report submitted by learned Counsel for the State, but we find that 28.07.2023 is fixed for consideration of charge by the Trial Court.

We do not find any supervening circumstances to interfere with the earlier orders of rejection of the prayer for bail on four occasions by the co-ordinate Benches except the fact that there has been some delay.

Regard being had to such facts and submissions, we dispose of the bail application directing the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 5th Court, Nadia, Krishnagar to frame the charge on the date fixed, i.e., 28.07.2023 and expedite the trial thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

CRM (DB) 2215 of 2023 is dismissed.
