Her appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

The petitioners are also directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Ms. Manasi Roy, the learned advocate who is empanelled with the High Court Legal Services Authority, to represent the victim/de facto complainant.

The main thrust of the contentions of the revisional application relates to the issuance of warrant of arrest against the petitioners. Last order dated 23.02.23 passed

by learned special court reflects that there was no execution return of the warrant of arrest so issued. The petitioners are directed to appear before the learned special court on or before 22.06.23, the next date so fixed.

In case the petitioners appear before the learned special court, the learned special court will consider the application for bail in accordance with law.

Till 23.06.23 the execution of warrant of arrest is stayed.

In case the petitioners do not appear before the learned special court/trial court, the court will revive the warrant of arrest on and from 24.06.23.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 2066 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
