Petitioner By the present application the petitioner herein sought for quashing of proceedings being G.R. Case No. 3360/11 and Spl Trial Case No. 04/2017 pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Paschim medinipur, arising out of Kotwali Police Station Case No. 604/11 dated 09.11.2011 under Sections 409/420 of the Indian Penal Code and all orders passed therein.

The instant case is pending since 2017. Despite of facts nobody appears on behalf of either of the parties before this Court on call. Even on earlier occasion no one represented the petitioner. No accommodation was sought for. It seems the petitioner is no more interested to proceed with the case. Under such circumstances, CRR 1732 of 2017 is thus dismissed for default. Consequently, CRAN 4 of 2018 (Old No. 922 of 2018) is also thus disposed of.

Interim order, if any be vacated.

Let this order be communicated to the learned court below for information and taking necessary action in accordance with law.
