Nobody appeared on behalf of either of the parties. Even on three earlier occasions nobody appeared on behalf of the parties.

This case is of the year 2017. The petitioners have filed this application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, challenging the judgment and order dated 10th April, 2017 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Paschim Medinipur in Criminal Appeal No. 29 of 2015 thereby dismissed the same and affirmed the order dated 29th May, 2015 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Paschim Medinipur in C.R. Case No. 549 of 2012 under Sections 12/19/23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

Despite the aforesaid facts and criminal revisional application is pending since 2017, seems that the

petitioners are no more interested to pursue the instant criminal revisional application.

Accordingly, CRR 1735 of 2017 is, thus, dismissed for default.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

7.

Consequently, connected applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Court below for information.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
