On 13th June, 2023 Mr. Arnab Roy, learned counsel for the petitioner sought for an accommodation. The matter was adjourned to appear on 28.6.2023. Today, learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that parties have settled their disputes amicably out of court. Therefore, the petitioner does not want to proceed with the revisional application.

Under such circumstances, I do not find any reason to stand in the way having found no reason not to rely upon the submission of an officer of the court, albeit absence of there is no written instructions.

This revisional application is thus dismissed for non-prosecution.
