Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the private respondents are not allowing him to cultivate the land or harvest the crops.

To that extent petitioner approached the civil court and the civil court vide title suit no. 50 of 2018 was pleased to pass ex parte decree against all the defendants save and except one of the defendant. Report of the police authorities reflect that the issue relating to the patta is pending before the BL & LRO. The finality of the same is yet to be granted by the concerned BL & LRO. Proceedings under section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure were initiated by the police authorities.

Accordingly, petitioner would approach the concerned BL & LRO for appropriate reliefs who is in seisin of the matter.

Police authorities would keep a strict vigil because of the strained relationship and ensure that no untoward incident results or any breach of the peace takes place.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 14324 of 2024 is disposed of.
