The prayer of the petitioner seeking transfer on medical grounds stood rejected by the head of the institution on the grounds that there are insufficient teachers in the said school.

It appears that the rejection was made by the head of the institution on April 6, 2022. It also appears that nearly four years will elapse from the date on which the application of the petitioner seeking transfer was disallowed by the school. With passage of time there may have been change in the staff strength.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition stands disposed of with the observation that it will be open for the petitioner to make fresh application seeking transfer in the prescribed format offline disclosing the ground for the same. 4.

On receipt of the application, the same shall be considered by the head of the institution in accordance with the transfer guidelines at the

earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of making the application. Suspension of the Utsashree portal will not stand in the way of the petitioner to consider the application for transfer of the petitioner.

The fate of the petitioner's application shall be made known to her.

All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be made available to the parties.
