Mr. Ahmed, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner does not intend to press the instant application. Mr. Imam, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that date has been fixed for evidence. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to pray for bail after the evidence of the victim is over.

The learned Special Court is directed to comply with the statutory mandate under Section 35 of the POCSO Act and fix regular date till the evidence of the victim is over. The application for bail, being CRM (SB) 146 of 2022, is dismissed as not pressed.
