1. Learned District Judge, Barasat, District: North 24 Parganas and Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barrackpore file through counsel their reports as per previous direction in sealed envelopes, which are opened in court today.

2. It transpires from the reports that details of the cases pending in connection with the petitioner and the allied affairs, which was the grievance of the petitioner, have been supplied in the said reports. Accordingly, if the contents of the reports

are circulated among the petitioner's Advocates, the grievance of the petitioner would be redressed.

3. Needless to say, the petitioner would always be at liberty to take appropriate steps in connection with the said pending criminal proceedings, if any, against the petitioner, before the appropriate forum.

4. Hence, WPA No. 13212 of 2023 is disposed of by keeping the reports filed today on record and directing the respondent nos.2 and 4 to circulate the reports filed by them in court today to the learned Advocate for the petitioner during the course of the day.

5. Pursuant to the above direction, such circulation is made here and now.

6. Needless to say, the petitioner will be at liberty to take appropriate steps before the appropriate forum(s) in connection with the criminal proceedings, if any, pending against the petitioner.

7. It may be recorded that it is pleaded by learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 and 4 that the non-filing of the reports previously were not deliberate but due to mere miscommunication.

Such explanation is accepted.

8. There will be no order as to costs.

9. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
