Statement of the victim and other attending circumstances prima facie disclose the involvement of the petitioner in the crime. No document with regard to prior enmity is placed on record.

Keeping in mind the aforesaid incriminating facts and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
