For the State-respondent(s) Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that there was direction of this Hon'ble court while granting bail on 02.07.2025 for not entering into the jurisdiction of Canning Police Station. The petitioner claims that he has been complying with the conditions.

However, the same contention of the petitioner is rebutted by the learned advocate appearing for the State relying upon a report of the Inspector-in-charge of Canning Police station. The status of the case could not be apprised to this court by both the petitioner and the State.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the next date is fixed for arguments of the case.

Having considered the same, if the petitioner applies before the learned trial court for waiver of the conditions, the learned trial court would consider the same in accordance with law. No interference is called for from this court.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2026 is disposed of.
