This matter had appeared in the list on he earlier occasion also. In spite of giving opportunity, the appellant is not represented. Moreover, we find that the defects as pointed out by the stamp reporter have not yet been removed. On earlier occasion, we adjourned the matter as last chance and we made it clear that in the event the appellant remained unrepresented on the adjourned date, it should be presumed that the appellant is not interested to proceed with the matter.

However, since the appellant is not represented, the appeal stands dismissed for default.
