The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher of the subject 'Computer Science' at Sandeshkhali Radharani High School, District: North 24Parganas. He applied for general transfer under the 'Utsashree Portal'.

The West Bengal Central School Service Commission had recommended transfer of the petitioner from the aforesaid school to Nabagram Vidyapith, P.O.

Nabagram, P.S.

Uttarpara, District-Hooghly but he could not join in the said school for lack of vacancy.

The grievance of the petitioner is that his prayer for re-recommendation for transfer is pending before the Commission.

The Commission is directed to consider and dispose of the said prayer of the petitioner as

expeditiously as possible in accordance with law, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order, after giving the petitioner an opportunity of hearing.

W.P.A. 12932 of 2022 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
