We have considered the materials on record. Minor victim implicated the petitioner in the offence of penetrative sexual assault. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected in April 2023. Vulnerable witness has not yet been examined. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
