2. From record it is revealed that the petitioner has not cooperated with the investigation.

3. The matter was adjourned twice in order to enable the petitioner to meet the I.O. and facilitate the investigation.

4. In view thereof, we are not inclined to extend the interim protection.

5. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
