Although by the writ petition the petitioner seeks to challenge the demolition notice in connection with the demolition order pertaining to construction of illegal structure at Premises No. 50/1 Dr. Nilmoni Sarkar Street, P.S. Baranagar, Kolkata - 700 090, however, since the learned advocate representing the petitioner has received an instruction that an appeal is pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bidhannagar, being Municipal Appeal No. 4 of 2026, the petitioner does not wish to proceed with the writ petition.

Having regard to the above, let the writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn.
