Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Petitioner is in custody for about 111 days. It is submitted there is no direct evidence connecting him with the murder. He has been falsely implicated in the instant case. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show victim was last seen in the house which was occupied by petitioner as well as co-accuseds. On the leading statements of the accused persons including the petitioner weapon of offence and ornaments of the victim were recovered. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials on record and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
