1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioners are members of the family of the in-laws of the victim/informant. They are alleged to have ingested poison and throttled her by using saree. Medical examination report of the victim is not supportive of such facts.

3. Regard being had to such facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioners and substantial progress in the investigation, it is directed that each of the petitioner shall be released on bail in the event of their arrest by the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in connection with English Bazar Women Police Station Case No. 84 of 2023 dated 25.04.2023, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 2514 of 2023.

4. Within 21 days of the receipt of server copy or certified copy of this order, the petitioners are directed to appear before the I.O along with a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is allowed.
