1. By this writ petition, filed as a Public Interest Litigation, the petitioner alleges that trains are not running in time and seeks for a direction upon the Railway Authorities to ensure that the Trains should run on time.

2. Since the operation and running of trains are matters to be decided by the Railway Authorities, such prayer cannot be granted by way of a Public Interest Litigation.
