15-06-2023 Subha Item no.33 Ct no.34 This revisional application has been appearing regularly and accommodation has been sought for.

Mr. Datta, learned advocate for the private opposite party is also present. I find that the main thread of contention in the present revisional application relates to territorial jurisdiction. The issue relating to territorial jurisdiction was considered by the learned Judicial Magistrate as well as the learned appellant court in Criminal Appeal No. 82 of 2023 in its order dated 12.05.2023. Both the courts have applied their mind. Petitioner may have a grievance but the proceedings have been stalled for a considerable period of time before the learned Judicial Magistrate. Having regard to the purpose of the Act for which the same was enforced, I am not inclined to interfere at this stage after the evidence of both the parties are over. The point relating to territorial jurisdiction is kept open for arguing at the final stage of the case.

With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 2071 of 2023 is disposed of.
