As the learned counsel appointed to represent the State are not present in court in spite of repeated calls. The Learned Public Prosecutor along with Ms. Rita Datta, learned counsel for the State present in court are appointed to represent the State in this case. Affidavit of service showing due service upon the opposite parties has been filed. Let it be kept with the record. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also filed a certified copy of the order sheets before the trial court to show the present status before the Sessions Court.

It appears that the matter is at the stage of appearance and ER of warrant of arrest.

Considering the materials on record and the offence alleged in the present case and the fact that the present case was registered on 07.05.2011 and is pending for more than 12 years, the revisional application is accordingly, allowed.

The revisional application is allowed with the direction upon the learned trial court to make all endeavour to dispose of the application within a period of six weeks from the date of this order. Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.

Learned counsel for the State to inform the status of this case to the concerned authority.
