2. Relevant documents have been handed over to the investigating agency. We have also perused the order granting anticipatory bail. Order shows dispute arose between the promoter of the property and owner with regard to breach of terms of the development agreement. Taking note of these facts bail was granted. Order is a well reasoned one.
