ICICI Bank Limited and others Mr. Amitava Mitra, Ms. Sayani Bhattacharya .... for the opposite party nos.1 and 2 Although none appears on behalf of the petitioners, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party nos.1 and 2 appears and submits that the matter has become infructuous in view of the suit, from which the present revision arises, itself having been dismissed for default on March 2, 2018 and, to the best of the knowledge of the opposite party nos.1 and 2, no effort has been taken as yet by the plaintiff/petitioners to restore the said suit. Learned counsel also hands over an information slip, which corroborates such submissions.

That apart, the opposite party nos.1 and 2 have also served notice to the petitioners and files postal receipts and the true copy of the forwarding letter in court today. Since, despite service, none appears for the

petitioners, it appears that the petitioners are no longer interested to proceed with the matter.

Hence, CO No.1855 of 2015 is dismissed as infructuous. The information slip and the proof of service of copy filed today be kept on record.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
