Petitioner is aggrieved of the mode and manner of investigation relating to Salar P.S. Case No.112 of 2019 dated 12th June, 2019 and Salar P.S. Case No.133 of 2022 dated 16th June, 2022. Petitioner complains that the police authorities did not properly investigate the cases.

As none appears on behalf of the State, Mr.

Gourav Das, learned advocate who ordinarily appears for the State is directed to represent the State. His appearance may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

Having considered that the police case were of the year 2019 and 2022 presumably charge-sheets have been submitted in connection with the said cases, in case, report under Section 173 of the

Cr.P.C. has been submitted before the jurisdictional Court. In case the same till date has not been submitted, police authorities would expedite the same and would preferably within a period of 60 days conclude the proceeding. In the alternative if the report under Section 173 of the Cr.P.C. if it has already been submitted, the jurisdictional Court would exhaust the process of law ensuring appearance of the accused perosns and take the trial of the case to its logical conclusion.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 13241 of 2023 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
