1. The learned Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the matrimonial disputes between the parties have been resolved. 2.

The learned Counsel for the de-facto complainant, on instruction, has submitted that she is presently residing happily with her husband. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners, namely, Jhilik Bibi Sekh @ Jhilik Khatun and Jamena Bibi Sekh @ Jamena Sekh, shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.2500/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local and subject

to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure to the satisfaction of arresting officer. The petitioners shall meet the I.O. as and when required. The petitioners shall appear before the learned Trial Court within a fortnight from today.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is allowed.

6. CRM (A) 1824 of 2024 is, thus, disposed of.

7. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
