No question of law far less any substantial question of law is involved.

The suit has been decreed up to the first appellate level on the case of the plaintiffs for reasonable requirement which they have been able to prove. Hence, the determination of both the courts below were purely factual.

The appellant/defendant through learned counsel gives an undertaking to this court to vacate the subject premises by 31st December, 2021.

The appeal and the connected application are disposed of recording the above undertaking.
