1. Matter is taken up for consideration when on behalf of the petitioner prayer for adjournment is made.

2. Respondent no. 12 is represented by learned advocate.

3. On perusal of records it appears that matter was taken up for consideration by a coordinate bench on 1st July, 2025 when accommodation was prayed for on behalf of the petitioner and same was allowed. Subsequently, before this Court similar prayer was made on 11th March, 2026. Again hearing of the matter was adjourned.

4. Therefore, further prayer for adjournment is refused.

5. It appears petitioner has lost interest.

6. Writ petition stands dismissed.

7. Parties to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
